The Assault AirRower Elite takes rowing to the next level. The fan-based resistance and dual-stage drive provide a smooth feel, with a large, capable console that is easy to see and a comfortable, sweat-proof seat. The AirRower Elite targets the upper and lower back, the upper and lower legs, triceps, pecs, deltoids, obliques, glutes, and abs with a workout that is great for High-Intensity Interval Training, cardio, or endurance training. Plus, its compact footprint fits easily with your home fitness space.

To give you a smooth row, our rower is equipped with a dual-stage chain and belt drive.  The fan-based resistance will give you a powerful row, after row, after row.

Equipped with an intuitive console that is large, easy-to-read, and is packed with features, including Bluetooth® connectivity. The on-board programming allows you to select one of eight pre-programmed workouts for a get on a go workout or customize your own workout.
